I used to live here, but changed my gallery to

I don't like the name on this gallery and wanted to have my real name for the gallery name. It was pretty devastating leaving this gallery behind since I've put a lot of work into it over the past nearly 3 years, but I had to do it since I could either always be unhappy with it or change it now. Since I plan on being a dA member for pretty much ever I decided it was worth it. Thank you to everybody who helped me build up this gallery and please view my new gallery, I would appreciate it a lot.


I'm in the process of getting things transferred over, so please feel free to visit and make my new home lively!

I've been working on quite a few studies and trying to improve my sketching ability lately. I'm also working on getting more comfortable with the wacom tablet. I really have to recommend everybody check out the incredible amount of information located on Conceptart.org forums. Its invaluable if you want good insights, references, examples and a more hands-on view of the processes that other people use when they draw and paint.

I'd also like to thank for including me in a feature on his profile.

I need to draw more (and finish what i start!). Seems like im getting more of a process down with the wacom tablet, which is nice. I need more finished stuff in my gallery cause it seems like i take things out faster than i put in. In this next year I hope to update much more often. I think that will be my preemptive new years resolution.

Sooooooo after about another year of barely drawing I hope to get back into the swing of things again. I'm trying to force myself to draw things that I think can be really boring, like anatomy studies, life drawing, etc. I've been enjoying some of the studies lately because I'm learning new things and hopefully I'll be able to apply those things to some finished drawings soon. WE'LL SEE.

Also, a new realization: drawing straight into photoshop with a tablet is awkward and I prefer sketching with traditional media, inking and then coloring in photoshop with a tablet. Something about the angle of the tablet and the computer monitor, who knows. But yeah, definitely prefer traditional media for drawing and from looking around it seems like a lot of people feel that way as well.

Anyway, heres to motivation...!
